Anthony McCullagh was convicted of the murder of Kenneth Seaman.
He had previously murdered John Collins 18.
Anthony McCullagh stabbed John Collins in a school playground in Birmingham in 1989.
Anthony McCullagh killed Kenneth Seaman at Wakefield Prison. He stabbed him in the heart with a piece of broken mirror when he became agrey after he was called a nonce.
Kenneth Seaman had been a triple rapist.
